Live volume-spike monitor, rewritten from Python to Go

A Go terminal UI that polls the top-gainers list and flags NEW / SPIKE / PUMP / SETUP alerts in real time. It ships as a single binary, and its config can be edited inside the app.

Problem

The screener line needed a live watcher on the desk's screens, not an after-the-fact report. I rewrote the Python version in Go for concurrency, performance and a single terminal surface.

Constraints

Real-time polling during the session.
Ships as a single binary on a trader's machine.
Thresholds tunable live: SPIKE defaults to 2.0x volume, PUMP is a price-change %, and the rolling window is 300 s.
Terminal width varies, so the column layout is responsive.

Rewrote the tool from Python to Go and split it into packages.
Tuned the alert definitions to how the desk trades spikes.
Built the TUI, the live config editing and session persistence.
